Jan 28th Elf Online Update

During the update in Jan 28th, we fixed some bugs as following.

Fixed the bug of hunting, collecting and mining can not be upgrade to level 10.
Fix bugs of can not finish the quest "The Mysterious Altar"
Fix some unmatched item names and beautify the interface.
