Elf Online will make some adjustment on the event time. The time for all events will be shorten to half an hour.
Here is the new time for events

Perish the Invador: EST(GMT-5)13:00 - 13:30 Saturday.
Happy Carnival: EST(GMT-5)15:00 - 15:30 Saturday.
Treasure Hunting: EST(GMT-5)17:00 - 17:30 Saturday.
Double Exp: EST(GMT-5) 20:00 - 22:00 Saturday.
Guild War: EST(GMT-5)19:00 - 20:00 Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
